Mixing Room Protecting Your Fleet's Brand:
Colour Matching Down to the Nanometer
The Precision of Perfection

Our Digital Mixing Room

For every commercial vehicle, the paintwork is a critical asset and a representation of your brand’s professionalism. Our state-of-the-art Mixing Room is engineered for ultimate accuracy. We leverage advanced spectrophotometer technology, which digitally scans and analyzes the existing finish of any vehicle—truck or trailer—to replicate the exact colour formula.

This technology eliminates guesswork, accounting for variables like age and weathering. The result is a durable, perfectly matched finish that maintains your asset’s value and corporate image on the road.

Our Process

Digital Color Analysis

The process begins with a spectrophotometer scan of the vehicle’s existing finish.
This device digitally analyzes the color, measuring light reflection and pigment composition.
It then generates an exact color formula to replicate the original shade with precision.

Formula Mixing

Using the spectrophotometer’s data, technicians input the formula into the paint mixing system.
Automated dispensers or manual mixing combine pigments and binders to achieve the perfect match.
Quality checks ensure consistency before application. R2 uses quality 2K White, Valspar White and RAL 9016 paints for premium finishes.

Application & Finish

The mixed paint is transferred to the spray booth for controlled application.
Multiple coats are applied, followed by curing and polishing for a seamless finish. Final inspection confirms color accuracy and surface quality.

Accelerated Curing

Uptime Engineered

In the high-stakes world of commercial logistics, every hour a vehicle spends off-road is a measurable loss. By utilising high-efficiency, short-wave infrared curing lamps and a fully controlled environment, we safely accelerate the hardening process for industrial-grade coatings.

This technology creates a stronger, more durable final finish while condensing the curing time required for traditional paint processes. This innovation is focused purely on productivity: minimizing the vehicle’s time spent in the bay and maximizing your fleet’s operational uptime.
